Islam forced the violent partition of India into three parts in 1947 (India, West Pakistan and East Pakistan). Even today, Islamic terrorists terrorize the innocent people of India by causing bomb blasts and killing innocent individuals. The only machinery that has a proven record of bifurcating India is Islam; therefore the greatest threat.

The Communal Mind-set of Hindutva forces are behind the inaction of Constitutional Mechanary. Every law and Act met the Opposit goal as warned by Ambedkar. "it is perfectly possible to pervert the Constitution without changing its form by merely changing the form of the administration and to make it inconsistent and opposed to the spirit of the Constitution".....CAD Vol. Vii, p. 38.
The Provision of Reservation is to give affirmative action to the Underprivelaged, but they were used to perpetuate Castism. - The Mind that decieved / convencied the supreem Court of this country even against the previous 'Commissions' Opinion and against the decision of HomeMinistry of 1954 is a 'pest' creeped in the the policy drawifting / Law Drafting Mechanism - is responsible for evoking all sorts of Instruments, means in making the 'Great Constitution' inactive and at the same time almost achieved the opposite goal.
This is known to the first Prime Minister and he openly said that Communal forces are ocupaing key positions in Congress in one of the sessions of 1958 All India Congress Commettee.
The premise of Modern day 'State' is 'Desimilation of Social Justice without any discrimenation'. When the state fails to do so, It eventually ends up in Internal as well as externa security threat.

Communal riots are weakening the spine of India and is an active hurdle for the growth and prosperity of India. Society is divided into many segments that is refraining India to grow as one strong nation.
Need of the hour is to curb this menace of communalism.
