“The South Asian Council For Minorities (SACM) strongly condemns the barbaric suicide attack on the residential facilities of the Indian Medical Staff and other civilians in Kabul. The perpetrators of this heinous crime are enemies of humanity and Islam. Never in the Islamic history, civilians, especially members of medical staff, have been attacked not even during wars fought to defend aggression against Muslims,” SACM secretary Navaid Hamid said in a statement today.

“We strongly believe that the criminals who have attacked Indian civilians in Kabul are denigrating the name of Islam for their nefarious designs and bringing disrepute and ill-will towards Islam and its followers.”

SACM extended whole-hearted condolences to the Indian people, especially to the families of the victims who were targets for no fault of theirs and are victims of hate crimes against humanity.
