Munger: Jamia Rahmani, one of India’s prominent madrasas, held its biennial written and speech contest for students.
The prize winning students in the first stage spoke on ‘The Lessons of Prophet’s Migration’ and ‘Struggle by All India Muslim Personal Law Board.’ The participants delivered speeches in Urdu, Hindi, Arabic and Persian languages. Winning papers read by students discussed topics such as ‘Centennial Spiritual Journey of Khanqah Rahmania’ and ‘Reality of Collection of Quran in the Age of Companions of Prophet Muhammad.’
Addressing the students on this occasion, patron of Jamia Rahmani, Maulana Mohammad Wali Rahmani, who is also Sajjadah Nasheen of Khanqah Rahmani, said “These competitions are meant to prepare you for the competition in your life.” “As you are acquiring religious learning, you should model yourself in the light of your religion because you have a lot of messages to communicate to the world,” he said.
