Kashmiris celebrate Musharraf's victory

Srinagar : Though the fate of Pakistan President is still hanging in fire, the supporters of separatists leader Mirwaiz Umar Farooq celebrated the victory of Gen Parvez Musharraf by bursting crackers and taking out a victory procession in Srinagar, summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir, here on Sunday.
The jubilant activists of All Party Hurriyat Conference assembled at the residence of chairman Mirwaiz Moulvi Farooq and took out a victory procession.
The supporters bursts crackers and danced to the tunes of drum beats to celebrate victory.
Later, the activists raising pro-Musharraf slogans marched through the streets of Srinagar and assembled at historic Lal Chowk and burst crackers.
