Kabul : At least five people were killed and five injured when a bomb in a mini truck laden with dry fruits exploded in Kabul Saturday morning, the interior ministry said.

Two policemen were among the injured, it said.

The interior ministry denied it was a suicide attack, adding that "enemies of peace" carried out the explosion.

The Afghan capital has witnessed several suicide attacks targeting foreign troops and Afghan security forces in the past two months.
